Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

Ken Save respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Ken Save operates as a technical service provider and does not host, store, control, or upload media content. The Service enables users to access publicly available content located on third-party platforms at the direction of the user.

1. Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you believe that copyrighted content has been accessed through the Service in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written DMCA notice including the following information:

Incomplete or invalid notices may not receive a response.

2. Service Provider Status

Ken Save does not host or store any copyrighted material on its servers.

All media files are retrieved directly from publicly accessible third-party sources in response to user requests. Ken Save does not control the availability, distribution, or legality of content hosted on external platforms.

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for determining whether they have the legal right to access, download, or use any content processed through the Service.

Ken Save does not encourage or promote copyright infringement and provides the Service strictly for personal use only.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that a reported activity was removed or restricted as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was affected
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was restricted due to mistake or misidentification
  • Your contact information

Counter-notifications may be forwarded to the original complaining party when required by law.

5. Repeat Infringers

Ken Save reserves the right to restrict or block access to the Service for users who repeatedly misuse the Service in violation of applicable copyright laws or these policies.
